A perfect first birthday celebration at the beach

This sweet first birthday shoot happened on an overcast evening at the beach. The light on the day was very hard to navigate and it was very overcast. But because the picnic set up was already done - there was no scope to reschedule. We still managed some fun and happy shots and the little one had an absolute blast at the beach. By the end of the session, not only the little one but the entire family was completely drenched! But I find so much joy in the fact that families will treasure these moments and memories for a long time to come :)
